1. Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
We would be unable to change or cancel an order once it has been shipped. So, if you want to cancel your order, please inform us as soon as possible. Thank you very much for your cooperation.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?
After your order has been processed, please allow 2-6 business days for your order to arrive (varies by location). However, *PLEASE* make sure your shipping address, phone number, email, etc information is entirely correct to ensure a faster, safer delivery!

3. How can I track my order?
Tracking will become available 2-5 days after your order has been placed.

4. How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Orders are processed within 1 days usually.

5. When will my order be shipped out?
Once you have placed your order, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be shipped out.

6. Why there is no tracking for my order?
There are 3 reasons you may not have received tracking information.

  • Your item may be shipping from one of our UK carriers. In some occasion UK's carriers don't provide tracking numbers.
  • Your order might still be in transition. Shipping times listed in our product page are based on averages of time and are not guarantees. If it is a holiday time our carriers might be experiencing higher demand than usual and items may be taking longer to transfer. Your tracking information should be available soon.
  • If it has been longer than 4 days since you have submitted your order and tracking information hasn’t become available. There may be issues with your order. Please contact us with all the necessary information, and we'll look into it ASAP.

7. Why didn't I get my parcel?
In some very rare cases, the delivery of your package may be delayed. If this happens, please feel free to contact us!
