Usually, our goods will be stored in the Azurehop official warehouse and Amazon warehouse at the same time, and will be delivered from different warehouses according to the situation, so the return method is also determined by the warehouse where the order is issued.

A. If the product is shipped from Azurehop official warehouse: When you apply for a return and get approval, you will receive an Azurehop official e-mail from us with a return label (please check the e-mail). You need to put a return label on the package and give it to carriers such as USPS and UPS. You must provide the return postage. After the return is accepted, you can receive the product refund.

 

B. If the product is shipped from Amazon warehouse: When you apply for a refund and get approval, you will also receive an official email from us (please check the email). The email contains the Return Merchandise Authorization form (RMA form), the form contains the following two sections:

1. Return mailing label: A label that contains the address of the fulfillment center that will be receiving and processing the return. You need to place the label on your return package.

2. Return authorization slip: A form that contains a barcode and item description for the products being returned. The slip must be included inside the return package alongside the items.

 

3. Please cut the RMA form with scissors.

After you handle the returned package, you can give it to carriers such as USPS and UPS. You must provide the return postage. After the return is accepted, you can receive the product refund.
