All our orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days according to your preferred delivery option. Depending on your country you’ll have anywhere from one to three shipping options.

The postage choice you make at checkout will determine which shipping service we will use to ship your order. All tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as we have it available.

Please note: Orders can only be upgraded to higher priority express delivery if they contain both the customer's email address and their phone number. This is required by delivery company to follow up with the customer in case of a missed delivery, so they can reschedule a delivery or pick-up.

Please note: in order to improve the storage and transportation efficiency, we store the goods in various Azurehop warehouses at home and abroad; At the same time, we also opened an official store on Amazon, which means that our products are also stored in Amazon FBA warehouse. Therefore, the products you ordered may be sent by Azurehop warehouse or Amazon FBA warehouse, which will depend on the distance of the warehouse near you and the inventory quantity of the products.

When your Order ships out, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from Fulfillment by Azurehop with your tracking number included in it. Depending on the product ordered, the e-mail could take up to 2 business days to be sent.

Things to Keep in Mind:

  • Note that weekend service is not available for our Second or Next Day delivery options. Packages sent from a fulfillment center on Saturday or Sunday will not reach the shipper until Monday morning.
  • For assistance with your order, you can find links to email or call Delivery Management through Contact us in Azurehop homepage's footer.
  • Order Numbers don’t instantly update with available Delivery Status. If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed – Your order has been shipped out and is in transit to the local carrier facility Tracking should be updating within a few business days.
  • Depending on the destination, the order may take 2 to 5 business days to be delivered. Please make sure to double-check the description to see the delivery time frame for your specific country.

Deliveries will not occur on national and bank holidays in the US and will be delayed until the following day. This applies for international deliveries and foreign holidays as well.

International Delivery

All International orders are dispatched within one to two working day according to your preferred delivery option. At checkout depending on your country you’ll have anywhere from 1 to 3 shipping options.

Due to shipping issues in the past some countries in Asia, Middle East, South America and Africa only have the Tracked Shipping option available at checkout. This is to ensure the order is sent tracked and to avoid any issues with delivery.

 

We use DHL, USPS, FedEx, UPS, Local delivery services, Amazon Logistics, etc to dispatch all of our orders. We could send tracking numbers to you upon dispatch of goods.
