All our orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days according to your preferred delivery option. Depending on your country you’ll have anywhere from one to three shipping options.
The postage choice you make at checkout will determine which postal company we will use to ship your order. All tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as we have it available.
We take about 2-7 business days to create our cut & sew products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. The production and shipping speed depends on the product type and destination.
In the table below you can see the production and shipping estimates per country/region.
Please note: Orders can only be upgraded to DHL Express if they contain both the customer's email address and their phone number. This is required by DHL to follow up with the customer in case of a missed delivery, so they can reschedule a delivery or pick-up.
When your Order ships out, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from Azurehop with your tracking number included in it. Depending on the product ordered, the e-mail could take up to 5 business days to be sent.
Things to Keep in Mind:
- Our products are print-on-demand product, and the avg. production time is 1-7 business day.
- Order Numbers don’t instantly update with available Delivery Status. If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed – Your order has been shipped out and is in transit to the local post office. Tracking should be updating within a few business days.
- Depending on the destination, the order may take 2 to 24 business days to be delivered. Please make sure to double-check the description to see the delivery time frame for your specific country.

Deliveries will not occur on national and bank holidays in the US and will be delayed until the following day. This applies for international deliveries and foreign holidays as well.
All International orders are dispatched within one to two working day according to your preferred delivery option. At checkout depending on your country you’ll have anywhere from 1 to 3 shipping options.
Due to shipping issues in the past some countries in Asia, Middle East, South America and Africa only have the Tracked Shipping option available at checkout. This is to ensure the order is sent tracked and to avoid any issues with delivery.
We use DHL, Local post services, USPS, and FedEx to dispatch all of our orders. We could send tracking numbers to you upon dispatch of goods.
