This is such a classy dress. Reminds me of earlier days, but is up to date too. I''m in my 230s at 5'9" and it even made me look at myself twice. I mean, best of all, it fit...period! And now I can't wait until the arrivals of warmer weather to actually wear it in public. It's very thin material that doesn't have much give to it, but surprisingly, if the size is right that wasn't an issue for me at least, which is also very impressive. You can do much worse than this dress.

I got this dress in XL. I weigh around 190lbs and am 5โ6. First off, I really love this dress. It hugs my waist in the right spot and the length is great. I light the cut of the neck. Itโs modest and my cleavage is hidden. The top of the dress was a little tight in the chest and underarm area for me. I tried a couple different bras and the tightness didnโt improve much. My bras says DD 38, but they are almost too small likely I need one more size up. I can still wear this out for dinner or out somewhere that didnโt require me to lift my arms above my head. I would definitely try one more up but this is the largest size.
I really like the cut of this dress. Its super classy and feels nice on. I didn't realize that the bottom had pleats. The top part of the dress is a nice flattering style and looks great on. I love the classy white polka dot on navy combination. Its lightweight and great for the summer.
I'm such a huge fan of this dress, it isn't even funny. From the boatneck to the sleeves to the pleats to the belt to the length... it's an an amazing dress and the retro styling makes it even better. The material is a 'swishy' kind of polyester that feels a little plasticky from the jump, but softens up with each wash. As far as cut goes, it's a great dress for any body type. Since it's a flowier dress as opposed to more of a bodycon-ish shape, nothing gets squeezed or squished and it feels great to wear. Thanks to the waistband and the pleats at the bottom, this dress gives a nice silhouette to anyone. While it is polyester, the material is still nice and cool in the warmer weather, so that's a plus. You can also wear it with a jean jacket or cropped hoodie or something on cooler days. Some people suggest wearing a slip due to the thin-ness of the material, but i haven't encountered that problem so far. I wash it in cold water on delicate cycle and hang to dry. You can use a super low or no heat setting on the dryer, but a lot of heat will relax those pleats eventually. And then you're ironing the whole darn thing again. My only complaint is it would have been nice if they stitched the bottom of the dress, below the belt, to flare out maybe a little more... but that's subjective. Your mileage will vary.

I have a lot of trouble finding dresses that look nice on me, and my husband said this one looks great without me even asking how I look. I do need him to zip it up because I can't reach by myself, but if you're flexible I suppose that won't be an issue. The slit doesn't go too high and the dress covers everything that needs to be covered without me worrying about anything slipping out of place.
This dress is so nice for warmer weather. I like wearing it with sandals and a floppy hat. Itโs light and airy and the fabric really breathes. It fits exactly as expected so I would suggest getting your correct size. Itโs very comfortable and easy to wear all day.

Boy did this dress surprise me! It looked cute on the page but much better on, itโs made of a lightweight polyester, with very minimal stretch. Itโs a banded empire waist. The empire waist because it doesnโt stretch really makes you look busty. The skirt flows over all the bumps and bulges without clinging. The slit comes to about 4-5?inches above the knee.
The material doesnโt wrinkle easily. The off the shoulder stays put and is very flattering. Iโm 5โ7, 192, Ccup, wide shoulder, hips and rib cage. I havenโt washed it yet but note you hang to dry so will wash cold, delicate, stretch out and hang wet. Hopefully it will dry beautifully. If not will edit this.
I love this even though I should have gotten a size bigger or hope to keep losing a bit more weight before summer sets in
